An evening of fantastic music at one of our favourite venues, Ashley Wood Farm in Fonthill Gifford. It’s free, but donations will go towards the Cherubim Trust, which helps young musicians. Musical quality is guaranteed and you can bring the kids too. From 7pm.

We may all be missing Glastonbury Festival this year but Charles Hazlewood’s music festival, Orchestra in a Field, taking place in the beautiful Gothic ruins of Glastonbury Abbey on June 30^th and July 1^st, is set to give us an exciting and eclectic musical experience that you just won’t want to miss. read more

Yeah Yeah Yeah: The Beatles in Bournemouth

There seems to be a bit of a sixties theme running this week – with Norman Parkinson’s gorgeous fashion photographs in Bristol there’s soon to be a new exhibition of very fresh faced Beatles running amok in Bournemouth… and no I didn’t know that they played more shows at the Bournemouth Gaumont than any other theatre outside London – but they did.
